Jaron built and currently oversees the retirement plan division for the firm. His book of business consists exclusively of 401(k)s, 403(b)s, and other various employer-sponsored plans for businesses and non-profits. From plan design and enrollment to ongoing due diligence and employee education, Jaron has over a decade of experience working with plan sponsors and helping them navigate their fiduciary duties and responsibilities. He has shared his expertise on the retirement plan landscape in various formats, including on radio shows, in magazines, and in panel presentations.
Jaron is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and has held numerous licenses, including Series 6, 7, 66, and Louisiana life, health, and accident insurance. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he currently serves on the alumni board for Delta Kappa Epsilon. He lives in Mandeville with his two daughters, Blake and Margaret.
