In close collaboration with the partners, John Bordelon leads the Faubourg Private Wealth team as Chief Executive Officer while also serving as a Managing Partner. Prior to his time at Edward Jones, John was a principal in independent Catholic schools in Tennessee and California. A native of South Louisiana, John is a graduate of Rhodes College and holds a master’s from the Department of Organization and Leadership at Columbia University.

The vast majority of John’s off hours are spent enjoying time with his daughter, Vivian, and son, Benjamin, usually on a soccer field, volleyball court, football field, or baseball complex somewhere across the Southeast. John also dedicates his time to helping public and private schools on mission and strategy.  In the fall months, he serves on the varsity football staff at Metairie Park Country Day School.
